Not all of the positions offered require previous industry experience so if you've previously considered a career in the Financial Services sector but felt that your CV didn’t quite fit let us know. If you fit the strict criteria laid down by our individual clients we will forward them a copy of your CV and suggest that they contact you and conduct an informal telephone interview. At this stage you will be given an opportunity to table any questions you may have regarding the role, the opportunities, the remuneration and the company offering them. Once both parties are happy then face to face meetings will be arranged so that you can get a feel for the company and individuals that you will be working with. Once an agreement is reached contracts will be issued which should signify the start of a long and prosperous career. All initial training and ongoing development will be conducted in-house by your new employer.
